was gonna post this thread on /fit/ but I figured there'd be cross posters and I would be ripped apart on that board anyway.
Anyways, wanted advice on a course of action.
I'm a little skinny fat and wanted to lose weight for summer, have started eating mostly salads and shit but I don't think I'm really going over 1k calories
However, I'm 20 years old, 5'10 (a couple inches shorter than my dad) and pretty young looking
Recently I'm started gaining muscle mass out of nowhere as well as hair growth and my hair is lightening in color (half asian)
I'm nervous that I'm going through a late puberty growth spurt and dieting will fuck me up. my sister who's 16 is my height and I feel like I stumped myself a bit by being vegetarian in early highschool.
I'm pretty young looking with little body hair, but yeah, been noticing body changes
