being attractive does help. the main focus of attractiveness is the face. if you actually want to look decent then get a decent hair cut, be clean and groom yourself.

working out is over rated in regards to attracting women. most people dont even notice unless you are really big which a lot of women dont even like. you dont walk around with you top off so most people won't even know.

taking all this into consideration, even if you're good looking you still need to know how to talk with girls. if you're socially inept then most women won't even bother.

obvious stuff really. get a haircut that suits the guy, have a clean face, get facial hair if it looks good. i have no idea what the guy looks like so i can only make vague suggestions. clothes are important too.

Honestly its not how good you look its about how you present yourself. Dress nicely but not like those 'nice guys' that look is cringe and make all girls run a mile. Groom and shower. If you have a beard make sure its neat and tidy and not like a wild forest. It looks unclean. Also try not to come across as just wanting to get into the girls pants, unless she's a whore decent girls don't want that. Also when you first start talking to a girl before you get into a relationship with her do not brag about how many people you've slept with or what porn you look at because that will make the girl worry she's not up to your standards and make them lose interest.
