My bf came out as trans (mtf) last year and I still love her, even if things are less than ideal I've been supportive 100% since then.
but she's been talking about SRS offhand, so far I've dodged the question but deep down I feel awful that her dysphoria might actually pushing her to hack up her genitals.
This is make or break for me relationship wise but she is so fragile and I don't want to ruin what progress she's made by flat out telling her that.

Welcome to how the vast majority of normal people feel about gays and trans. We don't really mind what they do so long as it doesn't affect directly.
Look after yourself. The mtf will drag you into their dysfunctional depressive state because misery loves company.
