I convert low self esteem and all connected to it into hate. This will raise your selfesteem and you´ll start to accept things just like they are. Things will get great again and you´ll see and learn things of yourself you never seen before.
Get away from wasteful, cyclical thinking. Things only become problems if you make them problems. I suggest looking into meditation/mindfulness, or pursue activities that keep you busy without constantly thinking about your problems.
You can take antidepressants. They do something for your shitty feeling an your anxiety; being cynical to people, that bother you and tell them your opinion in a harsh way. Start enjoying to be alone but keep your eyes open, you don't need to be like that to everyone. There are people who like you, though.
