Naw man you do you. I'm fat as fuck so it was a very worthwhile investment for me as there's no way I'm getting laid otherwise. The stamina training unit (STU) is by far the best feeling one. It made me finish in like 30 seconds the first time I used it. I used the regular one and it took 10+ minutes.
