I don't know if this is more for fit or not.My girlfriend and I recently had sex and we are both bigger individuals, I was wondering besides the basic diet and exercises I am performing to increase my cardio and lose weight is there any specific exercises that will help me make sweet sweet love? Muscles I should be stressing? Any recommended exercises? Thanks.

Loosing weight is more of a set of mind rather then good tips and exersises. i suggest walking every day and taking back on the sugar because doing exersises is usless if you hurt yourself.
