I think my life is being controlled by my addictions. I don't have an extremely destructive addictions, but the ones I have are taking hold strong. I'm spending too much of my time on the Internet, eating sugary food, drinking caffeine, smoking weed, and jacking off.
I want to devote more time to reading, meditation, creating things, and just generally leading not a more productive life.
I quit vaping nicotine lately, so I feel like I'm channeling that former addiction into other addictions.
What do I do?

that's the problem
you want to reading, meditation, etc
you have to actually do them, just removing your addictions won't help you achieve the lifestyle you want
Well eating, Coffein and jacking off isn't a addiction. Stop smoking pot. Find something to do and continue to smoke cigarettes.
