You can eat raw meat as long as it's fresh and came from a reputable source. Meat doesn't magically come with salmonella and e. coli that is gotten rid of only by cooking.

Because most raw meat will make you ill or even kill you.
I think beef is the only meat relatively safe to eat raw, any foul will nearly kill you as can pig. Most fish is ok though, its the only raw meat I eat.

If I was presented with a properly handled dish of raw chicken sure. I probably wouldn't enjoy it because for me texture is an important aspect to food, and raw chicken doesn't have an appealing texture to it but I would try it just to try it faggot.
