I've been plagued by these strange visual disturbances. It's difficult to explain, I just feel like my vision is "off". I think it has to do that I see a bunch of floaties (they aren't large or defined at all though) creating some sort of strange tunnel vision effect, but not in the traditional sense (the outskirts of my eyes being blocked, it just feels wavy and unfocused or something). Focusing on something, especially texts, feels strange.

Anyway, I've been wondering whether my tense shoulders and neck has something to do with it or perhaps it's something different. Has anyone else felt "off" vision-wise? Have you solved it? What was the problem? This is not something that is easy to discuss with a doctor, so some hypothesis would be appreciated.
