If I were you, I'd consider buying better (probable most expensive) bras to help with support, investing in that can maybe lower the back pain you're experiencing.

I wouldn't recommend it. just get a heating pad for the winter to help your back. Then find some bras you like and wear shit that's comfortable.

Just find clothes that fit you - they really are available, if you can be bothered to search.

Maybe you need to invest in your body and work on strengthening your core so your back issues can go away.
Better tailored bras also help.
Learn to sew if you want to keep the cost low.

They're your breasts and your decision, and I think a bunch of teenagers screaming not to do it "because big boobs are god's gift to man" isn't exactly helpful. Hey Op, I had a breast reduction at 19, and I'm glad I did it every day. I was a 36 DDD (5'5" 130).
You should definitely do a few things before surgery; get fitted properly for a bra, work on your core muscles and loose some weight if applicable. But if that doesn't help seek a medical professional. When I was finally seen by a doctor I had wide groves in my collar bones from the constant weight of bra straps.
Don't worry about scars, they are not bad and not noticeable. You will lose some feeling in your breasts, but it's not bad and generally it's only noticeable near the scars.

How do you weigh 130 and have a 40 band size? If your back is that wide you shouldn't have a problem with support, just exercise.
