Should I move to Portland or stay in Denver?
My family is in Portland and we would all be able to work together to buy real estate and support each other. My family has wealth, and my dad wants my help with family affairs in his old age. My brother is already successful on his own. I'm proud of him and want to accomplish great things on my own too. But I hear Portland is where people go to retire. I read the women are ... not known for their attractiveness. I hear it's cold and rainy and has poor weather most days out of the year.
I currently live and work in Denver where I get four seasons, snow sports, beautiful women, a vibrant downtown, and currently have a friend network. But I loathe my job. I constantly think about how to get a new, non-finance job. I hate finance. I took it because it was all I could find in the great recession.
Pot is legal in both places.

Although in all seriousness have you been there? If not just go visit and then decide.
I'm tentatively planning a small trip there this summer, also as a scouting mission to decide if I want to eventually move out there.
