Son, even if everyone here was House MD they couldn't possibly give a diagnosis with just one test result and not knowing your life habits.

I get that I just wanted to maybe get someone's story or general idea of the possibilities.

I'm not fat, I eat quite alot of choclate and I'm not very active, I'm also 18.
At the very least someone could tell me what a 540 mg/24h result should tell me, if it's really extreme or still mild.

Maybe some info on how something like this progresses.

Anyways, I don't expect someone to change my life here, I just want something to calm me down a bit and get to understand the situation that I am in.

Doesn't add up. Define 'not fat' Define 'quite a lot of chocolate' Do you drink, smoke, do drugs (which drugs)? There's too many questions to even google for a possible problem let alone speculate a diagnosis or what you can expect.
