Several questions about this build:

1. Why are you buying a sound card? Unless you're a severe audiofile there is almost no point. The sound card on the motherboard is more than adequate for most people.

2. Why so much RAM? Did you plan on doing a lot of RAM heavy tasks like video editing on this? 8GB is fine if you need to trim money down.

3. Is there a reason you went with an AMD processor? While they have more cores, you'll typically get better gaming performance from an Intel processor.

4. The PSU looks questionable. Try to look for ones that are at least Bronze certified.

Sound card is pointless unless you're obsessed with music, motherboards generally have good enough on-board sound.

16GB is fine, you probably won't use much of it now, but games are starting to use more and more RAM so it can't hurt. Ram is cheap anyway.

I would get a better GPU but that's just me, 950 won't get you very good graphics quality.

Definitely do not get an AMD processor. Not worth the saved money. Go for an AMD GPU instead if you're on a budget, they're still good unlike the processors.

8 gigs of ram is considered small now. That's base specs for the oculus.
