Good for you for getting out of your NEETness, just keep up with that shit. If you want to meet a girl though, you have to apply yourself the same way you would with school. The general steps:

1. improve yourself (already doing it, good job, but keep at it always)
2. interact more with women, platonically and without ulterior motives - you *can* learn emotional intelligence if you apply logic to it, but exposure and practice helps
3. start trying to put yourself out there. Online dating can work.
4. Fail, keep trying. Eventually you'll figure it out.
