Those lines come from sulking all the time, to put it simply. Letting your face hang allows them to form, and while they're not permanent they'll stay there as long as you continue to look like a sourpuss. Relax your face, but don't let it hang; they aren't kidding when they say it takes more muscles to frown than smile, and frowning so reflexively is the cause of those lines.

That being said, the lines aren't particularly noticeable and they don't detract from your overall look.
