Basically don't eat for 12-16hrs before you want to get up. When you get up at that time eat a sizable healthy breakfast. The next day you'll wake up at that time super hungry (assuming you didn't eat at like 1am or something.
Take melatonin before bed. Resets your internal clock.
Take enough to knock you out. At least 3-4 MG. 5-6 MG will put you out for 8-9 hours if you take it thirty minutes before bed. Liquid melatonin can be absorbed in your mouth which activates much faster.
>>16763090 >>16763095 Not OP but none of this shit works for me. I tried melatonin. Took 5, 10, and 15 mg and didn't do shit. Nyquil doesn't put me to sleep. Jerking off doesn't do it. Exercise doesn't do it. Exercise and jerking off doesn't work. Working 8 hours a day then working out then jerking off doesn't work... The only caffeine I have is two cups in the morning at 7 AM and that's it.
