I have a problem with my russian accent as well as you,but i am okay with it. The russian way of prouncing some words and producing sounds seems cute to those i talk to. I don't mean that you shouldn't try to get rid of your accent, but if there is no way to fix and you feel shy then embracing the drawbacks of your speech may probably help you get over your shyness.

I'm not OP, but could you guys advice some good site or app for finding a native english-speaking colloqutor. I've tried to find a colloqutor many times on specialised sites, but failed. Seems like 99% of those who use such apps/sites are in for finding sexual partner and most of them are gays.No one hasn't really wanted to talk to me and work on language skills even though i was more than willing to help with learning my language in return.

Get on one of those language exchange websites where someone wants to learn your language, you can search by ability so they can have a similar ability to you and you won't feel embarrassed. Are you German?

Talk to other people in English. Believe it or not, most people who speak English are very chill when they are talking with somebody who is learning the language. You ate trying and they are much more willing to help you and to take the time to try and understand you.

Go to live mocha. That site has people that genuinely want to learn a new language. And the program for learning the languages are really good. You need to have a mic in order to use it and the chat is one on one, so you can have a person that can help you with English and or you can help someone who wants to learn German.
