Expensive, painful, going to cripple you for months and you're still going to be short.
If you could go from 5'2 to 5'10 then it would be worth it, but 5'2 to 5'5 is not worth it.

Why not just go full clown, take classes get the makeup and, most importantly, stilts. It'll cost you less, but you'll be taller this way, and you'll get more respect then you would if you wasted all thay grow an inch.

Not familiar with the procedure but I'm guessing you're not going to get much taller from it. You're probably better off lifting and working on self esteem issues.

This is really a question only you can answer, OP. Being a short guy really sucks. Even other short women don't want a short guy most of the time. Unless they're the same height, other people don't really know what you're going through.

Even though I would tell you not to do it and try to make yourself happier by improving yourself in other ways, I don't know how much it would help you to be a few inches taller. Maybe it's worth it for you, maybe it isn't. You should think about what you really want and how much of a difference it would really make.

I don't think you should do the surgery. As someone said, being short is not the end of the world. None will come to you and say "OMG, I love how your height is average" if you get taller.

5'4" guy here, OP. Trust me man, I feel your pain. Being an extremely short guy makes life pretty miserable. The worst part is there's nothing we can do about it short of complicated, expensive surgery. However, this anon is totally right >>16758273

Just live your life. Work on yourself as a person. Try to be as genuinely friendly and compassionate as you can. Do your best not to let your height affect your interactions with other people. Follow your passions.

Do all these things and it will lead you to all the right people who don't care about your height.
