Everyone including instructor is an athletic-type fit guy. And then there was me. Socially anxious mtf scared out of my mind and also can't do a single push-up right now

Have no idea desu. Will be interesting to see if I bulk up. When I started HRT I lost a lot of weight from muscle loss, even though I was lazy and sedentary as a boy. It might be hard to build muscle mass. But everyone says weights is best exercise for health. I want the best health!
