What is the best, non-bullshit way of getting rid of this problem (or at the very least improve)? Mine's pretty severe, and it's just so fucking frustrating that I'm not in control of my own body.
Advice preferred from someone who's been through it himself, yet managed to get better. The Internet just seems full of hogwash solutions. What actually works, brothers?
