What if she went to the police and mentioned that one of her potential students would be responsible for the leak? It wouldn't be difficult for the police to track down the uploader after that.

Honestly, your best bet is to just get her fired if she's a shitty teacher.

In my redneck neighborhood when I was in highschool, a student was being rude and making sexual remarks toward a 22 year old teacher, and the teacher's cousin roughed him up outside of school. I don't know if the school was notified, but they didn't do anything about it.

At a university with rationally graded classes, the final is worth 50+% of the class grade.
