Literally nobody gives a fuck about crimes committed against immigrants. The police and the legislature is full of nazis who basically feel that anyone with too much pigmentation will only get what's coming to them. The number of crimes committed against immigrants/asylum seekers in Germany has skyrocketed in the last years, but the only thing that's all over the media is everyone throwing a shitfit about naturally born criminals from North Africa. Nobody cares. Nobody talks.

If you look at the rates of arson being solved and perpetrators found is ridiculously lower in cases against refugee homes etc. when compared to other crimes of arson.

The right-wing terrorist group NSU has killed lots of people over years while basically being covered by the police and the 'constitution protectors' that have lots of contact in the neo-nazi scene and still claim to not have known anything or heard anything.

So yeah... if you're one of the fuck-ups who wants to commit crime against immigrants, now is the time to cut loose and basically get a government amnesty on it.

That's because a significant amount of those cases are either refugees lighting their own shelter on fire in a dispute or an attempt to get transferred to a better place, or accidents caused by Africans trying to cook.

Either way, investigation is hampered by the fact that none of the refugees cooperate with police, and those that try can't speak German or English.

Police are professionally trained to interview you.
The only way to come out on top is to hire someone who's also professionally trained, and follow his advice, i.e. a lawyer.

A friend of mine got a felony conviction for weed that was found in the attic of the house he shared with several other parties. They had no way to prove it was his (and it wasn't), but he was dumb, tried to talk his way out of it when they applied some pressure, and eventually said something that could be construed to be admitting guilt.
He was convicted without a trial.

Don't make the same mistake.

If you personally beat them up without being threatened, you're fucked. Your friends will eventually testify against you, or their testimony will be thrown out for inconsistencies, and the judge will believe the other party.

If you didn't, you'll be fine.

If you were attacked, or it was a consensual fight, it's 50-50.

Even if you personally attacked, if it's your first offense, no weapons were used and no one was crippled or killed, this will go over with some community service or 6 months probation at the worst.
