Studying for 6 hours is too much. Don't try to study for more than 4. Anything more than that should be practical exercises. Or something else entirely.

Take breaks. Study for an hour, take a 10 min break. Repeat all day with extra meal breaks.
You can change it up if needed. That's what I, a white cis male do, but my Asian roommate prefers 30 min of studying at a time with 5 min breaks.

I am Asian and I feel foggy after 3 hours. It usually helps to get up and go do something else. Like a five minute break every hour. Sometimes I set an alarm for a 10-15 minute nap.
