How to study like an asian?
Seriously. I try to learn more than 6 hours a day but after a while my head get a bit "foggy" and I can't focus properly anymore.
Any tips to counter that?
Vyvanse. I took 30mg (a typical pill) once during finals week. Researched for and bombed out a 12 page paper in a couple hours. Helps keep you focused, highly recommended. I haven't taken it since then, and have not felt any addiction or anything like that. Adderall will have a similar effect.
When you take it (after eating of course), start working/studying immediately. You won't feel anything kick in. Rather, you will look at the clock and realize you've been studying for about 4 hours or so.
Yep. But most of people I know are cheap plus the "neuro enhacing" and boosting perfomance is rather taboo here so no one talks about it and no one admits to take something which boosting their perfomance in any way. I believe germany is one of those countries with a old-minded setting regarding this stuff, sadly.
Take breaks. Study for an hour, take a 10 min break. Repeat all day with extra meal breaks.
You can change it up if needed. That's what I, a white cis male do, but my Asian roommate prefers 30 min of studying at a time with 5 min breaks.
Sauce: sophomore in physics, roommate in CS.
Then I'll work for 12 hours fucker. I've done what I suggested over 16-20 hour periods for multiple days consecutively.
And if you are one of those drugfags, enjoy you tolerance, dependence, and general degeneracy.
I am Asian and I feel foggy after 3 hours. It usually helps to get up and go do something else. Like a five minute break every hour. Sometimes I set an alarm for a 10-15 minute nap.
