I just can't find happiness in anything I do. I try to look at the guys side of things but I can only do that for so long. I always find a way to start feeling bad about who I am and what I do.

Thank you. I don't see life that way anymore and that's what I want to get back. Just, that mindset that everything is great and will be okay eventually.

Try some of this; they say it's a reset button.

While I'm not incredibly happy I'm a lot less depressed than a year ago, which is basically attributed to me fixing/removing the things that made me depressed in the first place. The things that still get me down today are problems that are still unresolved.

I would recommend getting anti-depressants if you qualify for them. They can help a lot, in my case they stunt my ability to steep in self-pity and fear and let me do things semi-normally now.

So basically if you want good advice you should tell us the specific problems that are getting you down and ask for advice on solving them. Your current question isn't completely pointless but would be a lot more effective if you provided more info.
