Yeah I do that. My boyfriend plays back, but I think I'm the one that has more fun biting/licking. He doesn't seem to have a problem accepting it, just doesn't reciprocate as often.
But we're generally pretty playful with each other. I'm sure more serious people would object or just find it annoying.
