>>16650346 just ask them to leave for 2 or 3 hours because you want to have sex they'll understand they have to fuck somewhere too so you can just take turns on who gets to stay and who has to leave on specific day

If they still refuse, you tell them it's either GTFO or you need RA mediation because your relationship is important to you, he can study anywhere, and you can only get it on in your room.
Follow through if he won't cave, it's not hard to demand three contiguous one hour blocks per week of sexiling if you refuse to get mad, explain he's bogarting your room, and promise a meaningless "he gets the same deal" compromise.
You obviously don't phrase it like that, it's better described as a "personal privacy and bodily autonomy issue". Depending on how you look at it, it is.
At any rate, many assholes will cave when you make it clear you're involving others. The threat of being forced into subpar university mandated terms, even if it's only a 10% chance thing, is more than enough for most.
And you'd lose, because you've already lost the emotional argument (you're obstructing love!) and are losing on style if you're fighting mad. Logic is gonna be hard if not impossible to win because it isn't on your side, there's no reason you can't do your shit elsewhere.
You can spite it, waste your time and energy, and stress yourself out, or cave for 2 hours a week and gtfo, leaving you happy. Which sounds more reasonable?
Also: if you're not letting him fuck because fuck him, you already are making his time awful, there's not much more to go for. You've got no leverage and everything you do is just more ammunition to escalate to an actual board with disciplinary authority to kick your ass out.
People who play the "fuck that guy" game always lose; you're fighting the tide.
At which point you call them silly if they're the RA and a dumbfuck if it's your roommate because there are no classes on the weekend when you would actually have time to fuck, and any day he has class, you basically have it too, so that's a wash, negotiations must occur.
Escalate is the key word, anon. No shit they can't do it themselves, that's not the point for someone reporting. Optimally, the roommate quits being a dick and gives up or compromises. If that fails and it goes to the RA, you probably win it right there, since you're right that the roommate's being a dick.
Where they get you is if the roommate tries to retaliate for talking to an RA, it's not hard to keep track of this if you're not a moron and report it as formal harassment, for example, or whatever more serious claim you can come up with. This 100% violates yor school's conduct code and is substantially more serious a charge for your roommate to hold against you.
RAs report to managers who report to managers who report to deans. Harassment is the bridge that gets you talking to managers, their leadership, and deans, who want issues to go away.
That means properly exploited bureaucratic principles starting with the RA and working upwards, with the right sell, are enough to get a kid kicked out of a room, to get a new or better room, or to force your hand in writing then gag you that it even happened.
I know you're not dumb. Doesn't just giving him two hours a weekend sound easier?
