There's an alarm app on android called I Can't Wake Up! It's probably on ios as well if you're one of those fags. Basically you set it to be as loud and annoying as possible, the static sound works miracles, combined with several tasks to make sure you'll actually get up. The barcode scanner function on a shampoo bottle works pretty well to make the alarm stop while you're already near the toilet to take a morning piss. It's been working well for me since 2012ish
