I have poor mouth hygiene which I have neglected for a long time.
I already brought an automatic toothbrush to get rid of my poor teeth colour.
Can anyone suggest a good wash etc? Also, how do I make sure that women would love to kiss my mouth? I don't want to scare them away with the poor taste. Is there like a vanilla strip I could eat that would give my mouth a good smell for 24 hours or something?

So I've been going to this bar recently and there's a girl there who is all about me. She's a little chubby, which isn't really my thing, and she's gotten to the point of getting catty with other girls I talk to. Admittedly though, I flirt with her and kind of lead her on because I like the attention when I'm drunk.
On the other hand, there's a really cute girl that occasionally comes to the bar, and I've wanted to get to know her, but chickened out when I saw her last. She's my main draw in going to the bar, because I would like to make up for that.
But girl A is always there. It's not a guarantee B will be there. Should I just stop going to the bar and hope I meet her in another context?
Alternatively, should I just give girl A a chance?

I met my girlfriend 5 years ago at work. We still work together at the same hospital today. I'm about ready to propose, but want to get some advice on it.
I'm thinking of getting one of the guys in engineering to unlock the roof top door for us and making up some excuse to get her up there. We live on the coast line so there's an ocean view off our highest tower. Given that we met at work, and feel in love at work, I wanted to propose to her at sunset during one of our shifts together. I've already got the words I want to tell her ready as I do it, but second guessing the location.

Is there nothing that can be done about shitty hands and wrists?
I'm a guy and it severely restricts what I can do in life.
I lift weights, eat a lot and eat well, and train my forearms around 4x a week.
My main problem right now is a minor case of cubital tune in my right hand/wrist.
Is there any type of surgery/prosthetic that I can invest in to compensate for these shitty genes? I've already completely cut out a lot of things in my life to compensate (staying out late/parties, a girlfriend, jobs that require you to be on a mouse and keyboard, intensive gaming, any and all instruments, etc) but I'm not sure there's much left to take out.

Somewhat, but its not that great of a progress. Usually what I would do is find a day to bust a nut multiple times till I lose my drive damn near completely (about 2-4 times). Because the guy is EXTREMELY vindictive, I know him, he would spend every waking moment making sure I got fired, he's completely insane but not violent (not yet at least)

I think it's pretty normal for people to do a trial run with therapists before deciding if they want to keep seeing them. But don't expect them to fix your problems in one session.
