Is Tinder a good way for a 27y/o to reconnect with his youthful side?
Even though I'm still only in my twenties, I already feel old and like I missed out on so much. Barely had the means, or resources, to do anything. Literally every single one of my dreams and ambitions FUBAR'd. And I just ended up becoming the type husk who'd not only frequent this place, but feeling like someone who has no real purpose in life.
The total amount of sexual encounters I've had in my life, the first being sixteen, can only be counted on one hand. And a big reason for that was because I always tried to focus on getting in a relationship with someone entirely. But now, I just don't care anymore, and just want NSA. And I'm not entirely sure which age group I should focus on (because a near 30y/o picking up college kids can look really weird), or if I should even be concerned with age at all.
I'm 6'2" and gained weight to 210 lbs recently. In addition to tepid alcoholism and clinical depression (which is sure to keep them in the mood). Is it too late for me?

one of the lymph nodes on the left side of neck has been growing and shrinking for the past couple weeks, now the lymph nodes (or i think) in my arms are red and swollen. also i started to randomly sweat a lot out of just my left armpit
also i'm waking up exhausted every day but maybe i should slow down how much i dab so that may have nothing to do with this.

You know that in most places, a de facto relationship after a certain time period gives you basically the same rights and obligations as marriage, right? The government will be 'dragged into your relationship' with any long term relationship.

Most welders goggles aren't above shade 5, and most helmets are around 11. You need shade 14 or above to safely view an eclipse.

Hello /adv/, last summer I met girl. I loved talking with her and she looked very pretty to me, so I quickly fell in love, but found out that she isn't interested. She often complained on guys(mostly)/girls how retarded or dumb they are, but then shortly after such statements I saw her hanging out with these people even one on one. It really made me feel sad, so I told her that I'm not even sure if she is talking such things about me to someone. She obviously told me that she don't, because she would never do it to me as I'm one of the best people she ever met.
She is hitting me with "what's up" once in a while.
Should I just slowly fade or tell her that I don't want to have such fake person near me?
Also how to get rid of last feelings.

First of all I admire your sincerity, OP.
Second is that even if it sounds hypocritical, I wouldn't cut relationships with her if she is fake with others, as long as she isn't with you. This is implying that the reason why she is fake with others is that she doesn't have enough confidence with them
Lastly, if she doesn't want anything with you I would non-ironically advise remaining friends with her. Things will eventually settle.

I'm very lost. I'm in love with someone who's already taken. He knows how I feel about him and still takes the time to talk and spend time with me. Even to where he says he feels I'm the only person he can really open up to(he's said this before knowing my feelings for him). We've recently kissed and it felt incredible for a while until I was hit with reality that he was still into someone else. When he holds me in his arms I feel so safe and calm. I've never had felt this way towards anyone before. A simple hug from him feels like heaven and it hurts to know he belongs to someone else. Lately he's done a lot for me such as asking how I am, how my day was, and even buying stuff for me when I never asked. If I were to ask how he really feels towards me id never get a straight answer and I'm not sure why. I can't talk about this with anyone since I'm not close with family at all and I don't really have any friends. What can I do.

Lately, life hasn't been the greatest and I feel like I'm just going through the motions of life, waiting for the next big thing. Once the next big thing is over it's just me waiting for the next one. I had a girlfriend who made me see differently but she ended the relationship because she's too busy for one rn, and said that there probably wouldn't be a relationship between us in the future.
So life has become incredibly dull and more like a chore. Have alot of thoughts and even dreams of suicide. Thought gun shot, hanging, and overdosing is overdone, and I want to make my death interesting, as life was not. So ive decided to cut off my tongue and bleed out. I am in possession of a decent amount of tranquilizer, the stuff they use on you at the dentist or orthodontist. Was gonna use that to numb most the pain. I will also accompany myself with a firearm to kill myself quickly if things go south. Any other tips like how I should cut my tongue or any precautions to take? If you're wondering why the tongue, it's how the WW2 pilots killed themselves to avoid capture, and am big fan of WW2

Don't give up. From what you're saying, I think you're more depressed than really in a tough spot where suicide would be the only way out (protip : and even then, suicide is hardly the best answer). Your girlfriend broke up with you and it's always a very hard time for everyone. How do you live with that ? Are you broken or do you feel like there's a big void ?
In either case, you might need some other activities, some things to do. If you're going through the motions, and feel like your life is a boring waste, you can do things to change that : try to go out, meet people, hangout with friends or family, just do things you don't usually do. It might seems stupid or artificial, but it's not entirely true. It's a work you have to do over yourself to get a better grasp on your own life, and it's definitely worth it. You have to "force" yourself to do things that you think can make you happier.
Life is not always a very funny thing, but don't end up like this anon.
