I've been friends with my boyfriend for over a year, and we've been dating for 3 months. He was always depressed, but he got worse after we got together.
He keeps telling me he's not good enough for me. Whenever something goes wrong or he fails at something, he feels so much worse because he feels like he's letting me down. At this point I struggle to get him to text me back or to see me. He isolated himself a lot.

How can I help him out? He stopped seeing his therapist recently, too.
I care about him so much.

Redpill me on the red pill. It seems like a bunch of bullshit and half the stuff they claim as fact i was told otherwise in my anthropology classes. The majority of people I meet who claim to be red pilled are usually losers. So is this all a meme or am I being delusional?

My girlfriend went to Camp No Counselors outside of Austin, TX this past weekend, it's like summer camp for adults with lots of drinking. She just got back to Austin and called me crying saying between her being introverted, the hurricane weather and the "douchey, cliquey fratboy people" that were also there, she had a horrible time, and has been trying to call me all weekend but there was no service. Camp is over and she's spending the next week in Austin doing touristy shit. Her friend who she went to the camp with convinced her not to arrange for a hotel this week because "we'll find someone at camp to let us stay at their place", which seems like it may have worked, but my GF is still pissed about it. She's flying back this coming Sunday, which is sort of our anniversary - we've been on and off, this is the anniversary of the first time we got together 5 years ago.

What should I do for her to make her feel better? I already listened to her vent over the phone and sent her a cute doggo gif. I'm thinking maybe plan something for Sunday or Monday night but I don't know what, so I'm also thinking of getting her a small gift or something.

How do you effectively deal with bullying? Not just school, I mean anywhere. I have never figured out how to stop someone and I'm too weak to beat the shit out of anyone (not like I could do that to a co-worker or whoever anyway). When people talk shit, their words don't hurt me, but I usually just don't respond which makes me look weak in front of others. How have you stopped people from bullying you or how have you made it worse?

It's interesting how time flies

I remember two years ago I was in my room sad while my HS prom was going on thinking about all the sex my peers were going to be having on prom night. I thought it sucks but I'm about to go to university and it's so easy to get laid there right? I mean that's what movies and music have taught me. Yeah that was a fail, I was no more successful in University than I was in HS.

Here I am, never had sex never been in a relationship. I've seen guys I've grown up with get girlfriends and move on with their lives. One guy who was a friend drifted apart after he got engaged and we rarely talk anymore. Don't get me wrong economically and education wise I'm doing well for myself and I'm in shape but seeing all these guys with their gfs/wives messes with my head. I mean even the so called "nerds" I went to school with are starting to get their shit together and I'll probably be seeing their kids on my FB soon.

Also Contrary to popular beliefs about male virgins I'm do not think I'm "entitled" to sex or relationships. I can't be mad at women not choosing me, I mean I look at myself in the mirror every night and I see it. It's not just looks either, I'm awkward, I have no confidence and just not masculine enough. It just sucks though because it feels like I have no one to share my life with, especially when it's the holidays, no matter what I accomplish it's irrelevant. Had a great day at work? Nobody to come home and tell it to. Christmas birthdays/Valentine's Day? Yup same thing nothing and nobody

I'm not religious anymore nor do I believe in karma. This is the only life we get, there is no paradise coming for people like me in the afterlife. I'm going to be an old man in my rocking chair at some nursing home playing cards with other old men. They'll be reminiscing about their past sexual escapades, great relationships and I'll have nothing but a wasted life.

Sorry about the blogpost, I just had nowhere else to rant.

I had a dream about my ex last night. The only time I ever have dreams about people is when I've done fucked up and it's about to bite me in the ass. I want to message her and ask if she's ok, but would that be weird? We haven't spoken since we broke up (about 2 months ago). Should I just do it?

So I'm currently a computer science major. I don't particularly hate it, but i'm not really passionate about it and don't particularly like it, I am however pretty good at it.

Would it be a good idea to possible just use computer science as a stepping stone to get into a job then use that to move up to a management position or something similar? If so, what are ways of going about it to do that or move into different, but better paying/similar paying jobs?
I don't mind doing cs work, but I don't think its something I could do for life unless it was the only choice.

so far my CT scans and blood works are all clear, but I can't shake the feeling of getting sick again.

i've never had a girlfriend or had sex, and i hate the feeling of not being with someone or not being able to do have kids. i have my sperm stored and they have 4 more years of lifespan but i dont see myself finding someone. i can still have sex and have children with 1 testicle and im really afraid of losing it.

talking with my psychologist helps me but I feel like I need an immediate method to stop worrying and trying to control everything.

any insight?

Meet a Ukranian girl online. things are going well. she has passed all the tests to prove she is not a robot or someone else. Her mother hears of our relationship and contacts me independently offering to fly me to the Ukraine to spend time with her daughter in person.

Ukrainian girl is gorgeous and it seems like a no brainer. Im 26 and from South Africa currently staying with my parents before i move to South Korea.

Parents will be gone for 10 days in September. This would be the first time i have ever traveled outside of my country if i took the offer.

Posted this on /out/ but no responses. Basically I need something with a lot of room for laptop, electronics, clothing, water bottle, books, pens, pencils etc. and want it to be a rectangle durable backpack that is waterproof, anti theft and ergonomic for my body.
