I would also avoid using dehumanizing as a way to avoid dealing with your insecurity and attachment issues. Treating people like objects is not going to change the fact that you're subconsciously seeking emotional connections with someone you consciously know is unavailable.

Don't overdo the makeup -- but that's really up to you and your makeup choices. With the previous point in mind, make eye contact. Your goal is to be warm and inviting, not withdrawn and cold. Your body language has to reflect that. Eye contact, getting closer to people, no defensive body language.

If all that fails, it might even have to do with bone structure. People don't trust high cheek bones. Read some psychology shit on that.

There aren't really any loans any more with run away interest/compounded interest. Most loan 'products' are sold as fixed term unsecured or secured financing. Once you get in the shit with lenders most responsible ones will freeze any interest and will prefer to setup a voluntary repayment plan.

So the usual tactics are to attempt to gain repayment. If that doesn't work they'll want to setup a repayment plan. If that doesn't work they'll try to establish a debt against your father through court action and that will potentially escalate to recovery or wage garnishment.

But reputable lenders pretty much don't get that far if you actually engage with them. If you are being honest and reasonable why would they take you to court? The court isn't going to force you to repay what you can't afford and it'll reflect poorly on them if you are willing to enter into a voluntary agreement.

Anyway. I'm in the UK. When I got with my current gf I helped her unpick her shitty finances which at the time were basically constantly hounded via phone, letter and physically by numerous debt collectors and random companies who had bought debts off other companies with threats of random charges and fees if she didn't make immediate repayment and one court case already against her which she'd ignored and not bothered to defend.

The first thing I did was try and establish who exactly she owed money to. Everybody who called was asked to communicate ONLY via post from now on. Everybody who bothered to send letters got a template letter back asking for details of the debt, when it was taken out, what it was for, any repayments made, a breakdown of all charges, fees, interest and other things which made up the balance, a copy of the terms and conditions of the loan, proof that they were authorised and legally entitled to collect this debt and if not themselves, who on behalf it was being collected for.

Anyone who didn't reply got another letter after a couple of weeks requesting no further contact until they provided this information and if they could not provide this information we considered the debt unenforceable in court and as such we would not be paying it.

Anyone who did reply got the terms picked over and any charges or fees questioned. We kept copies of everything send and a detailed file so we could track it all and work out where each lender was with our requests. Those collecting on behalf of others we wrote to tell we would be contacting the original lender directly and to stop contacting us.

Once we knew who she owned money to and the amounts were back down to real figures we wrote saying we would like to enter a voluntary repayment plan. We asked for details of what they would accept. We wrote back again with templates saying that she could only afford £1 a month, please find enclosed a cheque for £1, cashing this cheque constitutes accepting the agreement, please return the check within 14 days if you disagree and provide a form for us to complete so we can detail ingoings/outgoings to prove that a court would uphold the amount of £1 a month.

Once you've been repaying £1 a month for a while they'll start trying to increase it. You can agree or argue with them, it is also a good chance to negotiate a lower settlement for the debt.

On paper you always want to look broke so if pressed you'd be able to prove to a court that you are making the repayments you can afford in good faith and you've been forced into this situation through unreasonable practice from the lender.

Most lenders are happy to accept a low figure because they figure something is better than nothing, they'll eventually get all of their money back and they will try and get you to increase it every now and then.

After a couple of years when they wrote to ask to increase the amounts I asked her to call them up (pretty much the only time we used the phone) and say that her family or a friend was willing to help pay off some debt and could they come up with a reduced settlement figure to clear the debt. You don't want them to think you've suddenly got money. Most of them accepting £1 a month on a £900 balance were happy to settle for less than half the balance, £400 or so typically. You want it all in writing that they'll consider the debt settled and paid in full.

Anyway. It took a while and required a methodical approach, but she went from ignoring it and having everything escalate and get crazy to being on top of it to repaying it all at a vastly reduced sum over a number of years. The best thing for her was the reduction of stress and anxiety because it is very difficult to live with all that going on and trying to ignore it.

Look into costs for food, gas (car), food and other things you deem as a need

Once you find all of that add it up and see what it costs for the month.
Now figure out how much an hour/month you have to make to cover that

It's not really possible, my dad is selling our house. I will start researching though. I don't have a car so gas is one resource I don't have to worry about for the time being...

I was in the same boat a year and a half ago, weighed 55kg at 188cm.
What worked for me is that I ate 3000kcal/day or more. It's hard as fuck in the beginning but you get used to it.
You can do some light lifting if you want, but at 55kg any weight gain is acceptable imo. I'm now at 80kg.
