How to get better at job interviews?
The first job interview I did a few years ago got me the job.
The company went bankrupt and now I'm looking for a new job.
I've been through 20ish interviews. The interviewers always look bored, especially if it's a panel interview, most of them are twiddling their thumbs or on their smartphone. I started wearing a suit around the 12th interview, but it doesn't seem to have made the interviewers react better.

So I was on my way to a successful Tinder encounter but I fucked up somehow

Hello, sorry if this is not the right board, but I really need someone somebody to get me out of tunnel vision.
I'm trying to make the numbers on column F equals to those on column G through a formula and I need some help.
The formula I'm using is:
IF('cellToTheLeft'='cellToTheTopLeft'−(100÷45); (('100-CellToTheLeft')÷(100÷45))+'cellToTheTop'+1; 'cellToTheTop')
Where the first statement is the condition, the second one is the return, and the last one is the ELSE reurn.
The first cell value (F2) is manual input.
Column E is just X:[0 ~ 45]=100:45
The problem is caused by roundings I think. As it works for the 97,7...% but always returns ELSE after it.
But how is it possible? If Numbers can round correctly the first time, shouldn't it always round fine?
I "could" send the sheet to somebody willing to help me, but it's probably easier to make by yourself.

Met girl years back online, we hang out and sleep together on mic every day.
I move around for work, she gets a boyfriend, years pass and she’s supposedly single again.
She’s flying out to see me, we make plans for the future to be together.
She gets sick in December, it never goes away, she says its due to an eating disorder she has.
Deactivates her facebook, is using one her and her boyfriend had. Blocked me on it.
I don’t believe her when she says he’s the one using it, because why would he block me.
She tells me later that her therapist and mother are pushing her into rehab.
Breaks down crying, tells me that if I moved on she’d be okay with that, she wants me to be happy.
She disappeared a day before she was supposed to go when I’d asked for the patient ID to contact her.
Its been 2 days without contact.
I believe she blocked me on Skype, is ignoring my texts or has me blocked there too. The shared account updated 5 hours ago.
Messaging her brother for information, and calling her work Friday to see if she’s there.
Considering showing up at her parents doorstep to get to the bottom of it. She lied and gave me their address instead of hers when I was sending her something.
I should walk away, can’t. If she’s with this guy, he deserves to know, and I deserve my closure.

Doubtful. I deal with women far more attractive and successful than her daily and she knows it. When I'd go to work she'd hear how much attention I get, so I think I do alright.
She has met me, she's come out to see me several times. Bought plane tickets and spent long periods of time with me.

how do i deal with a possesive husband?
i realized too late, that he is becoming more and more possesive. guess he hid it well for a long time.
what i mean by this is that he won't let me go on a short trip with my sister because that would be too long without me (two days...).
he is urging me to not go to family gatherings because he would rather stay home with me and cuddle (and have sex, even if we already had sex 3 times that day...).
he is neglecting all his friends to stay home.
he has snooped trough my phone.

Met a girl on Tinder. Instantly hit things off. Been on a few dates and we both agreed that these have been the best either of us have been on. Biggest shock was when she brought me a whole bag of my favorite candy, or recommending places to eat and then covering with no qualms. She even introduced me to her family, which she says she's never done with anyone else but her ex.
Everything seems totally fine, except that she still texts her ex. They broke up a month ago, but she says the relationship stopped being emotional two years ago. She doesn't speak of him with any affection, besides keeping photos for memories of good times.
She's been agreeable on everything up until now, but I've been wanting to ask her what stands of their relationship and that it doesn't sit well with me. After she gives me an answer I can get behind and believe, I want to ask her to be my gf.
Am I a fool for pursuing this girl, or is it possible to healthfully ween someone off from previous relationships?

Long story short, hooked up with a girl Saturday and had a pretty good time. Talk a bit over Facebook the last few days and finally worked up the courage of asking her on a proper date. She said yes on the condition that there's no expectations.

If things go well, don't expect to never hear from her again. If they don't go well, don't expect a goodnight kiss and assume she ordered extra onions for a reason.
I've no clue if the advice works for everyone but Hitch! taught me to never force a kiss even if the signs are obvious. Only close 80% of the gap and don't try to be creepy if you think she wants a kiss. Nobody is positive of what they want in precision but a single mistake is far easier to watch.
Treating her with respect and as a decent human being already seems to be up your alley. Don't stress too much but make sure you bathe, brush, and maybe carry a mint and avoid strong foods if you think things could be more than just a friendly chat.

a pound of chicken is 800 calories.

but most people are simply unwilling to give up meat as a main course.
also, try building muscle. even if you're a woman, muscle is better than no muscle. muscle takes extra calories just to keep existing, so once the muscle is built you're able to eat more than if you were just skinny.

Protip: eat less, gain muscle which will increase your base metabolic rate and increase your testosterone, and do cardio
