i'm so fucked can somebody please ease my mind because i'm paranoid, i eat a lot of fast food and recently i went to chick fil a and thought nothing of it. Just another sandwich from the establishment but this time it was different, i saw two hairs inside of the sandwich and on top of the bagel i saw what looked to be blood, like a fucking retard i didn't take any pictures of it and the bitch i gave it to just threw it away ignoring the blood and just focusing on the hairs inside the sandwich. so i have no photographic evidence that there was blood on top of the bagel just my word, which nobody believes except people that trust me. i checked all over my hands so it wasn't my blood and my nose wasn't bleeding and the manager said she checked the hands of the employees and said that they all were wearing gloves and none of them were bleeding from the hands. i said okay and left and now i'm worried i have hepatitis because i bit a piece of the sandwich and spat it back out. what are the chances of me actually contacting hepatitis through this experience is there any chance of me suing if i do i feel like my life is ruined

Getting a job at a hospital should be doable, friend of mine works at one like once a week maybe and is a med student too, not even doing masters yet, still bsc and makes like 25+€/hr doing night shifts I think.

muay thai, boxing, and BJJ are generally the ones people recommend, go check out some trial lessons in the area.
Also for the vidya, moderation is key. It might be hard since you've been playing all day long for years, so it might be easier to just stop completely, but playing occasionally, maybe like one night a week a couple of hours or something when you done all the school work should be fine, if you work 24/7 without relaxing you are going to get burned out eventually. But definitely make sure you don't fall back to old habits.

been thinking of doing the same, exactly same situation as yours except not in med school, I'll be going for Muay Thai because It's a more practical martial art than the other "spiritual" ones that give you some weird motions to do during lessons - save that for when you're older, for now go and get that practical basis and you can build on that after a while.
My last two considerations were boxing and muay thai and personally I enjoy the addition of kicking in muay thai, It's a martial art that focuses on flexibility alot and that's important, not sayin boxing's bad tho, just my two cents.

Unfortunately, i have started smoking during late January. I'm a fresh smoker, we can say.
And obviously. I regret this decision. I got hooked because of all my other friends started smoking because that one motherfucker in my friends group did.
Obviously, i hate myself for this decision, because i was STRICTLY against smoking, alcohol, and all that other shit and i want to stop. I'ts making problems in my family and i don't want to ruin my Thank-God-good health.
Should i stop hanging out with them? what should i do? I know that this is the time i should stop smoking if i don't want to get addicted to tobbaco in the future.

Can someone please give me some advice?
My neighbor is a drug addict.
He frequently has drug addicts/obvious dealers hanging around in the parking lot (It's an apartment complex). They leave needles on the curbs and there have also been car break in's in the complex that I know that they are responsible for (as this is a very wealthy area, They are probably the only drug addicts in the entire 170 unit complex).
I've spoken to management, They did nothing. In fact I spoke to them 14 times total, Even though my attorney to make it seem more serious (as it is, drug addicts are dangerous and unpredictable). They did nothing....just said "call the police".
I try calling the police, Asking for more patrols though the area...They either show up and the addicts have already left, Don't show up period, or just show up and fucking knock on my door asking where they are (so now they addicts/dealers know who keeps calling the police...great).
I'm sick of this and I'm not going to break my lease and pay 5000+ to move because of this subhumans.
I have been taking pictures/videos of them in the parking lot so I have the tag number, make/model/color ect.. I pictures of them smoking what I assume is crack, injecting drugs, and even hookers performing sex acts in one of their cars.
I was going to contact my attorney and have him meet me at the police department and bring all these printed out pictures and ask the police department why nothing has been done and possibly if they can actually do something about this or try somehow to speak with a narcotics detective.
Any other idea's to get these drug addicts out of here or arrested?
I don't care they know who I am anymore, I'm sick of paying 2000 a month to live like I'm in the ghetto. I am also sick of barely sleeping in fear of retribution for calling the police so many times on them

I don't usually post here but I need some help.
I've more or less just become official with a girl and she wants to do MDMA on Friday with her friends at the uni club. She lives in the next town over and goes to a different uni but she said I could come out with her while she's on it. I do not share her experiences so I can gain credibility or shock value or anything--those stories are not what I've experienced and I have no right to them--I purely share my OWN experiences on the subject.
. If you can't conceptualize the fact that we all have a right to our own stories and our own secrets, It sounds like you have a certain lack of empathy when it comes to things like secrets. I think you might need to be shocked in to realizing it.
People don't naturally fear fire, until the first time they stick their hand in it and get burned.
You might need someone to royally fuck you over by sharing a secret that you're terrified or mortified of finding out, so that you get a sense of how shitty it can be when it happens to you.

I'm 18 and on a gap year before I start college. Currently working 2 part time jobs.
I've found that for some reason, I just can't play games anymore. I look through my entire 150 game library on Steam and I have no motivation to try anything. For some reason I just prefer to read, watch Netflix/Youtube or browse this site instead.
When I do boot up a game, I quit within 30 minutes. I'll play Overwatch for 2 games and get bored. Is this normal? Does this ever go away?

People's interests change over the course of their life, so it's normal. Video games in particular often lose a bit of their interests as you grow older, since they're not as much of a novelty as they used to be, and you have less mental energy and less free time to spare for them.
Though there's also an element where you might be distracted by other shit to do on your computer - like idly browsing your preferred social media, which is addictive since it's a constant flow of low-key entertainment for very little effort.
I recommend balancing your time spent on the computer with other outdoor activities, so that when you go back to your screen it feels "fresher" and you might have a better disposition for games.
