In my experience, you will get less matches, because it is off putting to some women, but the matches you get will be more about relationships (if they read your description or aren't a bot). It is a good way of weeding out people to waste your time.

You haven't accepted death because it still governs your choices, you were always going to die like everyone else, whether by being steamrolled through a variety of gruesome deaths or through a peaceful passing in your sleep.
