I have PTSD. (The fully-diagnosed as fucked in the head kind, not the Tumblr kind.)
Whenever I remember something I did that was cringey, embarrassing, or whatever, it triggers something like a second-long headache.
I flinch, scrunch up, sometimes my fists will clinch hard, and I'll just freeze for a bit.
I'm not blacking out or anything, it's just a quick "AH FUCK!" and then it's gone. (Sometimes quickly followed by another cringe-ish memory that causes another one to happen.)
Is this related to my PTSD in some way, or is this normal?

i think everyone has a physical response when they remember something cringey. ptsd is when you get nightmares, you stay away from something that reminds you of a tramatic event, etc. i think what you might describe is generalize anxiety or a panic attack(when you start sweating, shallowed breathing, nervousness).

Help me out here.
A few minutes ago I started coughing and it was really raspy and painful. Ended with some pain on the back of my head, bottom left. Probably unrelated. I spat and there was a little blood in it. I spit out a few more times, about three or four and the blood stopped. Very small amounts. Any idea what I have? My throats still hurts a bit.

I need advice about a pregnancy scare I'm currently going through. here are the details, my girlfriend and I are both minors. We had sex twice about a week ago. her periods are never regular, they're always sporadic. I just found out I'm being laid off... after I train my replacement and they have no positions for me, yet they're hiring 2 other people for other roles.
Not sure what to do. I'm their current acting IT manager... its a family company that has gone through like 5 CEO's since I started in 2015.
They saw my talent and moved me to an IT role. I was told I'd get a raise... I was told I'd get proper training. Instead I've watched others around me quit including the IT Manager after he showed me some basic things he'd do. Before that I even helped one of my friends get a job, my old job in the company.
Now I'm lost. It just killed my drive. i was pushing like 45-50 hours a week doing support stuff and handing stuff off to an IT Support firm for anything that required escalation as I was trained. I'm just not sure what to do.
Anyone ever encountered a situation like this? This is my 2nd time being laid off in my life.

I was only IT Manager in TASKS, my official position was IT Specialist. My IT Manager had quit and I was just doing what needed to be done including roll-out of a new phone system/internet. :/ I'm still a clueless heap because I was supposed to be trained by them on their dime.

Okay so I kissed this girl on a couple of nights out then then we started texting. We fucked a couple of times at hers 2 weeks ago. Text her last week asking if she wanted to do something and she said 'yeah okay thursday' then I asked her if she was still on for it and she was like nah my coughs really bad. I'm studying CS, even while I don't hate it, I find it boring.
One of my main concern is the lack of girls of my major.
Because of those two reasons, I want to switch my major to literature, I think I would enjoy more to read about grammar than boring autistic shit like discrete math, also the fact that literature is 70% girls.
Should I switch?
Or simply I should stay in CS and take a lot of literature classes?
My biggest fear is the diference of pay between a CS grad and a literature one.

I have a very paradoxical character. I tend to despise my fellow man, yet I longs for their adoration. convinced my intelligence makes me superior, yet simultaneously considers myself inferior because i cannot comprehend & obtain happiness the way others do. dissatisfaction stems from myself. Not from any cruelness inherent in existence, it comes from the way I pathologically keep my desires beyond my reach. While I consider myself someone who faces the cold indifference of reality head on; in actuality I'm perpetually unhappy because I'm unable to come to terms with reality. I refuse to be satisfied unless i can eat my cake and have it too. accepting nothing less than my perfectly idealized existence and become depressed when i invariably finds that putting dreams into action necessitates some degradation of the ideal.
The foil to me are those that find satisfaction not with success, money, fame or exploits, but with simplicity. People who have no grand ambitions to torment them unlike myself who lives in a hell of unsatisfied desires. Anybody reading this and I could have that happy life too, but I deliberately reject it. it is not the universe that is responsible for my unhappiness, but my own misguided choices. it's not that "life is uncaring, worthless and nothing matters" or that "you can never fill that void inside of you no matter how hard you try." It's that "life is what you make of it".
I know I can do great things because anybody can yet I can't see past the angst of how transient time is. What's the point in trying when you can die any day and we die anyways? All the progress I've made on the route to self improvement (lost 100 pounds,better hygiene, I draw and write regularly) now seem fundamentally pointless and I feel like i’m perpetually on the verge of a mental breakdown. I just don't wanna do anything
