I used to do the same thing OP. Consider limiting PC use at night, check emails etc in the morning. Download a program called flux. Discipline yourself so that you turn off devices by 9:30 or whatever time and stick to it. Reading a book could help too.

Are you a uni student or do you have a job? I found that it got easier when I had a job that forced me to get up early, as I was tired and knew I had to get up for work the next day.

I always imagine myself as the woman in sexual fantasies - ever since I started having any. My definition of beauty is that of a woman - I associate seeing myself as beautiful with being as feminine as possible.
I also tend to get jealous of other women. I would even say that I usually get more jealous of than attracted to beautiful women.
Also, most of my romantic crushes were guys.

All of this was always there. It's just that when you realize that you're stagnated in life, and start feeling hopeless, you wonder whether living a constant life is yet another of these burdens.

I can deny it, but it gets very severe with time, to the point of it contributing to the suicidal thoughts I tend to have.

I only used them for LSAT. But Princeton review is the most popular and probably best resource for all undergrad and grad school test prep. You have plenty of time, just work through one of their books.
