Use as many resources as you can. Khan academy, YouTube videos, reread your textbook multiple times, review your calc one and precalc notes.

Though I have tried to give up chips and candy, my bd was a week ago and I had a lot of cake and stuff and soda in these last weeks (with alcohol) and another friend had a party close to mine.

I had a candy/chips/soda free jan to Feb so I'm going to continue it this whole year. Didn't feel any different at the end of February, though.

I do think I oversleep and I don't work out. I'm only 26, though. Is no energy during a whole day normal?

You'd be surprised at how many emotional and motivational problems can be solved with better sleeping and exercise habits. I was lucky enough to recently get a job that is somewhat physically intensive and forces me to wake up early, and although it was hard adjusting to that, I definitely feel more positive and have more energy in my average day (provided I actually go to sleep at a decent time the night before, unless it's a weekend).

so, that's not a thing. BPD is a thing, and avoidant personality disorder is a thing. They can be comorbid.

There is also a /proposed/(as in not universally accepted subtype (of four subtypes) that has avoidant features, but isn't itself called "avoidant type."

with BPD there's basically nothing they can do, IDK why they even try to treat those people.

Either way your best bet would be to go to a therapist for a few sessions to at least get a diagnosis. They're going to know a fucking lot more than you.

i play electric guitar but know nothing about classic ones, best advice i can give you is to ask in the guitar thread on /mu/.

Doesn't really matter. You could play jazz on electric, obviously. Classical guitar generally has a balanced tone with not much top end. The strings are further apart to allow easier chording. You will not build very heavy calluses or finger strength on it so if someone asks you if you want to play a dreadnought you will be physically unable to do so.

Why don't you buy a cheap parlor size jazz acoustic to play gypsy jazz on so that you actually build finger strength and a cheap classical for your finger picking.

I've had several guitars, one of them a cheap classical guitar. It was my least favorite, but that's only because of the high action.

When you go looking play around with each one you're considering and don't get one whose strings are far away from the fret board. Other than that just talk to the guitar guys and get their input on what might make one better than the other.
