1. There probably is a better way around the situation. Figure out if you have some kind of leverage over him.
2. Are you fighting him in private or in front of everyone? Are you going to fight him honorably or try to sneak on him? You can easily beat him if you strike 1st without him expecting it. The simplest way is to just lock a quick rear naked choke. If you do a decent enough job he will pass out in 4 to 6 seconds of full pressure. But ofc, that's a dishonorable move. Rule of thumb, if you wanna sneak on him, do it in private, otherwise you'll look like a pussy.
3. If you decide to fight him face to face, keep distance. That's the most important thing in a fight - controlling the distance. You can't get hit if he isn't close enough. Since he has the height and weight advantage, you want to avoid being grabbed by him. If the fight goes to the ground, it WILL end quickly, and probably not in your favour (unless you know jiujitsu). Keep it standing. Don't flail your arms like an octopus, keep them up and your chin down. Since he has the reach advantage, you wanna use kicks to trade with him. If he comes too close, push him, step back or front kick him to force him back. Since you probably can't knock him out, you're in for the long game. Keep your composure and make smart trades. It's better to fight conservatively then to over expose yourself.

The most important part is wearing the right size, it may seem obvious but if you somehow choose the wrong size it looks terrible.

Also the type of jeans you choose depends on your body type and fashion trends. If you're skinny avoid regular/straight cuts, I recommend a mid rise (it fits just below the waist but not too low), slim jeans.

There used to be regent's transfer acceptance guarantee b/w the two-year and four-year schools. As long as you meet the class and gpa requirements after 2 years, then you would have guaranteed acceptance into GT. They had it with GPC so I'm sure there is still some sort of program available like this.

It really doesn't matter which route you take there, just be sure to verify all your credits will transfer. However, if you're have to take out student loans, then the cheaper route is really the way to go.

If GSU is your backup plan, IMO, a math degree from GSU can not compare to a GT math degree. Even UGA's math program is not equivalent to GT's.

Thanks! I will have to look deeply at how much its going to cost me, debt is my biggest fear coming from lower class home. And I don't want debt from a college I expect leave.

Couple things I forgot to mention: She's about to be kicked out of her apartment because her husband left her and she makes minimum wage and won't be able to afford a place to live.

this is where you get someone, preferrably someone you live with, to be your keeper. they're in charge. they see you playing video games or dicking around? nope, not anymore. its their job to keep you on track.

buddy system means you and a friend in the same boat co-habitate while doing your work so that you can push ecah other to do this. downside is if you're both procrastinators you might end up convincing each other to procrastinate.

this one is often better paired with slave or buddy system as if you have no motivation, and the reward is given bt your self, then you would just take the reward without working.

me with homework id get a snack. and break that snack up into as many pieces as there were math problems, and everytime I finished one I'd take a bite.

im pretty well motivated, bnut there are some jobs i dont like to do. one of my jobs is reading books and then revising them. but they're redundant self help books so i get frustrated fast. so what I do is allow myslef to go on /adv/ after 5 pages of reading.

after 5 pages i go through and answer only question on the first page of /adv/, then i read five more, repsond to any old threads that got more posts, or respond to new threads, then read 5 more, and so on and so forth.

I have talked to her before, but it doesn't achieve much. She says it's the way we are and there's not much we can do to change it. She also tells me no girl has a drive that high. It usually ends up with both of us just feeling bad and guilty
