This is one of those questions that can't be answered correctly since we don't have a rock-solid definition of what "love" is, except our vague understanding of chemicals involved in the process. Science tells us that yes, it is possible to have these chemicals released into our bloodstream even if the other person does not do the same. Ethics vary in each person, so no point in bringing them in. Religion - it depends. Based on the bible, for example, I still don't have a clue about what "love" is, since it is written in unclear metaphores and gibberish.

Ask really thoughtful questions that prompt introspection. As an example, when I interviewed for my current position one of the questions I asked one of my interviewers was how the values of the company aligned with theirs. I've found that people generally enjoy thinking and/or answering "difficult questions" about themselves that require careful consideration. Obviously tie it into the context of the job/career and if you're not genuinely interested at least feign interest when asking it.

There's your problem. At what time do you want to wake up, and how many hours of sleep you want? The trick to wake up at a consistent time is to always go to sleep at the same time, every day. If you want to get 8 hours of sleep and wake up at 8 AM, you have to go to sleep at 12 AM (ideally), 11PM or 1AM at worst, every day, even on weekends.

To switch to this new schedule, you have two options: change slowly (go to sleep 15/30 min earlier each day) or get less sleep in one day (say, go to bed at 3 AM and wake up 7 AM), then try to go to sleep earlier in that day (e.g. 12 AM).

That's the secret. It happens naturally. Don't force it and holy fuck man, I know how it feels, but really don't force it. Thanks for the advice anon but therapists in my country dont give a shit about the patient and cost shit loads of money and i just cant afford it, my mom used to go to a therapist for her depression he only used to give her sleeping pills without even listening to what she has to say, thinking it would calm her down it only made it worse. At the time she booked the hotel all the shelters were already at capacity. Also, the hotel was one of the only ones available, even getting reserved a week early. If you're forgetting, half the state is about to be destroyed. She went to a hotel because her small, one story house half a mile from the water probably won't be there in about 24 hours.
