So me and my fiance have been together for about a year and a half and we have a 3 month old son. I have been battling eating disorders since I was about 12, and no matter how many times my OBGYN tells me that people simply blame weight gain on birth control, I just cannot get myself to take it. Even if I gained 5 pounds, I'd have a melt down. It's just something I can't handle in my current state.
So meanwhile, I've been making him wear condoms since my son was born. He hates them. We've tried multiple different kinds (I bought a big variety pack or w.e on amazon) and while some he says are better than others, he ultimately always seems unsatisfied after sex. I'm pretty open when it comes to sex and I give him blow jobs, swallow, anal, etc, so I try to satisfy him in other ways as much as I can but I think he just isn't satisfied unless he's able to actually cum inside of my vagina. Hey guys

I used to be a UPS box smasher. I did 10pm-4am shift and typically went to sleep around 5:30-7:30 and got up at 2. It went well for me. I did this for 14-15 months.
I don't have that job anymore and it's been 4 months, I can't get off that sleeping pattern. I fix it and go to sleep at 9 or 10 pm if I'm ever able, and I just wake up at 2:30 because my body thought it was a nap.
I get so tired typically when I try to stay up to 10 pm through midday and have to sleep or else my depression gets worse, and even if I don't sleep I just wake up at 4 am anyways.
How to fix fucked sleep pattern? I'm trying to get back to normal work schedule.

I used to alternate between 11pm-7am, 3pm-11pm and 6.30am-3pm shifts as a casual at a hospital until I got a regular 9-5.
I basically just stayed past what should have been my bedtime to get used to a new sleep schedule. eg. switching from a 11pm shift to a 6.30am starting shift meant getting home at 7 in the morning after work and staying up all the way until around 11pm at night.
