So i took a crap a few minutes ago, and now I have an itchy sensation around my asshole.

How do you guys deal with guilt? I've been feeling a little sick from time to time ever since I think I did something wrong to someone. I do not want to apologize or make up to that person as even now i feel what i did to him was justified. But something has been eating away at me for the last few days in particular where I suddenly think about that person and what I did to him.
A little context about the situation, i was buying something online from him and he sold me a defective product, i pointed it out to him and he insulted me and revealed my personal information online claiming i was scamming him. After contacting some people to take down the information, i talked it over with him but was insulted yet again. Angry, I call my chargeback, taking the money away from him. I have since thrown away the defective product and it seems he does not have any means to take the money or the item back. I have a feeling that what i did was a little wrong and have been feeling some sort of sickness ever since. I'm not sure whether it's the fact he might have do something to me (eg. reveal my personal information again) or i'm simply feeling some form of guilt. He hasn't made any form of contact with me except for a couple of days ago where he insulted me again but he seems to still be active. The cost of the product was about 30 USD. I know most of you aren't psychologist or anything but what should i do to get rid of this sick feeling?

I have an exam coming up doo and honestly I hate my major. I've hated it since the first year but I decided itd be more money efficient to stay through and now my exams for the second year are coming up.
I don't enjoy studying it either though I'd like to pass at the very least. I wanted to ask you guys at /adv/ what's a good study plan, what's the best way to focus and study for something. I honestlt don't want to fail even if I hate what i study and if i do fail ill probably kill myself but it's quite so hard to focus and try get my head in the game and prepare for these exams.
I'd like to ask any anons who have been in similar positions or possibly have some /adv/ice. How can I prepare for my exams efficiently and what would be the best way to go about it?
To add. I can't study well at home so I travel all the way to uni to their library in order to study.
