Discipline. Initial interest gets you started but its the ability to practice and continue doing something even when you don't want to that makes you great at it. Pick something, develop a schedule and stick with it. The days when you don't want to but you do it anyway are the most important.

Sounds more like you've been too indirect for him. It might feel a little awkward at the beginning but us guys usually aim to please. My gf did the same after we got more comfortable around each other to guide me to the spots she really loves.

Think about it. You're asking for get rich quick advice on 4chan. You're not that smart, or hard-working. There isn't some concrete guide to getting rich that can be delineated on an /adv/ thread.

Unless you have a lot of capital already, focus on developing skills that will keep you in demand for a well paid job. Go to that job for a decade or two then risk your life savings on entrepreneurship. There's a small chance it'll work and if it doesn't just keep trying.

And if you get a woman like that because you're rich, she'll just marry you, then divorce you and steal it.

I’m not pissed at the student doctors and nurses. The techs who do the testing aren’t students. The cardiologists do however know that a virus attacked my heart. Good indication it’s passed genetically but they don’t know what triggers it.
