Watch anime while you walk uphill on a treadmill. If you've got hours to burn but don't want to spend it all on anime, spend some of it on watching instructional youtube videos to learn the skill of your choice.

I don't think you need to completely give up on watching anime. If you have a simple hobby like that and you're not ashamed or embarrased about it then you're good.

I do have to point out though that when a simple hobby starts to become an obsession then it WILL freak some people out, no matter what it is.

It is OKAY to talk to a girl about an episode you saw last week or tell her about some new show you found. Don't however bring up the anime topics too often if she isn't a big fan of anime like yourself. She respects the fact that you have a life and hobbies of your own, but she won't like it if you always rub it on her face.

If you plan to have friends/girlfriend come over then keep the anime stuff at a minimum. You can have a few dvd's and mangas here and there. I'd recommend selling your figurine and posters or but them away.

I use to be pretty into bodybuilding and this was a pretty big driving force. It would receive some compliments on my body from girls and it was pretty nice. I remember being at a pool party and getting with girls was a bit easier. A girl at the party told some dude she would be willing to hook up with me because she thought I was attractive and had a nice six pack. So it can definitely help but it's not the most important thing with girls. Cultivating your personality is by far more important and gives you more results with women. Being witty/confident will always do more than being muscular in my opinion.

Plus, when you see what body type girls consider muscular, it will make you realize you don't have to have a perfectly chiseled body you would think. I stopped working out as heavily and got into kickboxing and sparring so my body is still fit but I lost a considerable amount of muscle. Haven't noticed a change in my success with women but I'm sure they wouldn't be very impressed if they saw me shirtless as they may have been in the past.

It definitly helps.. But you also have to be in a situation where shirtless is normal.. Which isnt that common.. Or you have to be huge, to be able to tell with a shirt on... But if you cant talk to girls, you should work on that first.. It takes a year or so to be fairly fit..

The funny thing is that most people who work out, you can't tell it unless their shirt is off, and most people I know who go to the gym etc. aren't wildly successful with the opposite sex just because of that.

You are assuming that just because she hasn't had sex she's unsatisfied sexually with the relationship. You also assume that just because she might have liked you in the past that the attraction is still there and you can act on it.

I'm not advocating that you shouldn't because I know it will end horribly for you if you try. However, consider this before committing to this. You need to do like maybe 2 different things.

1. You should find your "calling" or whatever to drive your ambitions. Something like traveling or writing a music EP or something. This will aid in your quest for satisfaction.

2. Get laid. Once you have #1 down you will come off as more attractive to the ladies. I tend to get attention and sex when I'm not really looking for it.

Really depends on the reason why the breakup happened.
I broke up with one of my exes because it turned into a long-distance relationship and I didn't want to put her through that.
We got back together when I moved back and things went back to normal pretty quick.

Usually I'd discourage you from trying to get back with your ex because in 99% of cases the reason why you broke up in the first place still persists.
People don't easily change, when you date someone you agree to date them in the condition they currently are in.
Promises are worthless in that case.

Hey OP.
So I bought a "traditional" skateboard because I thought it'd be fun to learn tricks and roll around.
It turns out it is.
It also turns out that learning tricks as an out of shape adult is fucking hard.
Also penny boards are gay as fuck and generally speaking, not well made.
I'd get a basic cruiser with a really wide deck and some big soft wheels.
Also, get a fucking helmet. Don't be an idiot. You will fall down and you don't want to become a retard over riding a skateboard you aren't able to safely ride. Who gives a shit if you look silly.
