ive actually been working out off and on and can deffinately feel the night and day difference it makes in terms of how good you feel. i also went out of my way to eat as healthy as possible and even read and pretty much do everything possible to feel better. but what i didn't do was make a concious effort to try and look at things more postively all the time. my mindset was sort of..
