Hey, /adv/. I got dick problems. I'm finally about to lose my virginity to my girlfriend - she's a really good looking girl, but I just can't get my dick up. Have tried several times with no luck. Tips for someone who wants to jog to improve his condition? I don't want to be extremely tryhard about it but if there's anything I should know, feel free to post.

Pick only one. What you probably want is called swimming.

Depends on how fast you go. When I run, I breathe in through my mouth, deep into my belly, and naturally let the air out through my mouth. Then again, my nose is fucked up, so it may work different for you. I don't recommend jogging. Like the other anon said, it will ruin your knees. Go for long walks, or take up swimming. I advise against running because that involves form, or you'll fuck up your legs like I did. Bicycling too- if you don't have the seat at the right height, you'll fuck up your knees.

For the past couple years I've been very close friends with a guy I met over WoW. In the beginning we were both diagnosed depressed, reclusive people. Over the years I've grown out of this and he has only gotten worse. He now has schizophrenia and it's getting worse, and I don't know what else I can do for him. I encouraged him to start getting help back in 2013, tried to get him to restart school, get a new job, try lifting weights, etc. He's been through two therapists and refuses to go to another one because they told his dad about how much of a danger he is to himself. He is unable to go to school or hold a job beyond a week. He tried to kill himself about 9 months ago with a benzo overdose, and since then he's been relatively mellow. The past month he's been really down, and last night he got into a fight with his dad. He's refusing to take his medication and I'm fearing that he's going to try to kill himself again. I've met up with him before, but he's a few states away and I can't be there for him. He's not motivated to do anything, he lies in bed most of the day on his phone. I don't know what else I can do for him. I told him he needs to get help immediately but he says that "it's not worth living like this."
How can I help someone that doesn't want to help themselves?

A few years ago I got to know this guy, fell for him aften a while and we developed a friendship. after a year or so I confessed and he basically shut me down with "dont know how i feel" etc. We remained friends, but the subject came up later and he still "didn't know how he felt". After that he sort of faded out of my life, never answers messages anymore, so there's no way for me to get a proper closure.
Is there a way for me to move on after all these years? Haven't seen or spoken to him for months so out of sight out of mind obviously doesn't work.

You have to accept that by his actions he has shown you that he doesn't want you in his life. I had a similar experience with a girl whom I really liked and who had vocalized that she liked me too. The problem was that her actions always betrayed what she said and I hung around too long waiting for her to honor her words. I should've walked away a lot sooner and never looked back. It's only been months but I passed up many opportunities to get with other girls waiting for her to come around.
