I tried 24/7 a bit (more like three days), so hopefully I can help a bit. Do you use any powder? I use body/bath powder over baby powder because I think it has a nicer scent, it's cheaper, and it feels better or does a better job in taking care of humidity and sweat. On odd occasions, I'll use medicated powder to treat my skin. Rash creams, barriers, and skin lotions or oils also help a little bit.

If you have a real problem with it, you might want to mix in both disposable plastic and cloth diapers. I'm not a huge fan of cloth myself (they're okay for the most part), but it will let your skin breathe better than plastic diapers since your skin needs oxygen. Let your skin air dry and breathe between changes. Don't immediately jump from diaper to diaper quickly unless you are changing in public.

I also don't know if this matters much, but between changes, I would take a washcloth, stand up by the sink running warm water, lather it in a moisturizing soap, wipe my area with it, rinse the washcloth, wipe my area again to wash off the soap suds off my skin, and then dry up with another clean washcloth and put both in the hamper to wash in the laundry later. I would lotion and powder my skin as usual before diapering up. I'm thinking that doing what I do helps prevent your sweat from building up and making you uncomfortable like you have mentioned. Last thing could also be your room if it's too humid or too hot. Adjust the a/c or get a fan if you need it.

I don't know what you've tried already, but try these if you haven't.

Well, it's funny in hindsight. I had her up and out of her wheelchair with both of her hands on the grab bar, but since she can only stand like that for very brief periods, I was still helping her. Best thing I can think of is: try to balance your diaper/ABDL activities with other stuff you find fun.
