I'm uncertain who the main character is, I assume you're going to have one of the mains for that. Have you considered though having the player make their own hero? The "dating" aspect could also include missions for the character to interact with the gals which in turn can have unique scenarios. Battling a goopy being? A tentacle monstrosity? A mind controlling robot? It almost feels limitless what is possible here.

Possibly think about getting a few people to help with this. You clearly have someone for the drawing of the characters (unless that is you) and someone directing it all and putting it together for your work, but having artists for backgrounds will help with the speed on when you can get this out. Same for getting someone to properly design a simple UI for what is needed or anything else.

I'm handling the writing/scripting stuff while I have a good friend and buddy of mine doing the art as you can see here. He's quick and hammered out these two (this and the one in the OP) in the single day I asked him to. I'm also having him watch the show so he gets a feel for the way they move.

A great, great way to draw people into this and make people like it more would be an inclusion of different outfits. There's a multitude of different outfits both Raven & Starfire have wore, across the comics and different shows they've been featured in. Even more if you plan to add Terra, Jinx, etc. in.

Off the top of my head, Starfire has these:

Recreating some of the outfits paraded around in TTG in it's original artstyle would be a nice touch. For example, pic related with Raven as Wonder Woman and Starfire as Flash. Starfire with either a Batgirl/Star the Terrible/Lady Legasus or even a Blackfire outfit would be cool, as would Raven with either a Lady Legasus or Robin outfit (the Robin outfit doesn't even have to be TTG related, since Star and Rave wore it in the main show).

I know you don't like the show, neither do I, but you can't deny some of the outfits shown in that show aren't just pure fetish fuel.

It'll be a lot of work, but it'll make it a lot better in the long run, in terms of looks. I'll certainly appreciate it more. Hope you consider adding some of these.

Characterization matters, and if you're gonna fuck with a character somehow, add something of a plot element of explanation beyond "REASONS!"

Otherwise, take unspoken assumptions and logical leaps that aren't TOO far off the beaten path for a character and apply them to sexy times. For example, Tamaraneans evolved from cats and we all know that Starfire is a hugger, so it's not a stretch to say she's also big on cuddling.

Stretch it a bit, and say that Starfire is the norm regarding Tamaranean physical intimacy, and everybody loves to have a bed buddy.

Being much less concerned with snuggling and how that would obviously lead to sexy times, make it so Tamaraneans/Starfire view sex as something friends will do together for fun, the same as going to see a movie or playing videogames.

And just cause I'm a dirty freak looking to justify my kink, make Starfire such an unapologetic sweetheart that she gets off on making her friends/lovers get off. I.E.; she squeals like a banshee when getting creampied.
