Kenya is the main problem of the show for me. I don't really get OPs problem since a) Satoru is in a childs body which obviously should also affect his behaviour since his brain physique and hormones etc. are altered and b) it's really not that extreme and a lot of it can be explained by the fact that he simply has to act like a child to not appear too suspicious. For Kenya on the on the other hand there is no excuse.
