Yuki Kaji's Phoenix Wright is worse than I expected.

The anime production committee is only A-1 pictures and the TV channel (Capcom is only credited as copyright holder). Similar to what happened to Denpa Kyoushi, the manga publisher (Shogakukan) is only credited as copyright holder as well.

I'm cautious about any sort of game adaption but it was a pretty short clip with just a few quick shots. Can't judge much from the clip itself aside from the aesthetic and animation quality which weren't good or bad enough for me to make a judgement.

You know how case 5 usually wraps up the entire game? Well case 5 in DGS doesn't do that. It wraps up the plot points introduced in case 5, and then introduces a new crazy conspiracy plot in the very last scene that has ties to all the major characters in the game. People were pretty pissed because it was like they ended the game at its climax, and we still don't know for sure if the second game has been greenlit or not.
