Well it seems even holy and supernaturally powered weapons still have no effect on Alucard as you'd still have to cut through some 1.5 million souls before you could hope to deal any real damage, and that's not even factoring the Schrödinger hax. And in Dio's case I don't know if it's how he could go up against her weapon so much as how she could go against The World. Stands can only be harmed by other stands but they can still interact with any solid object so it kinda seems like he's the one at an advantage, and of course there's also time stop on top of all that.
